[Diabecko] Huh, looks like something went wrong when I enacted this proposal - it added a rule covering Governmental DEFs. I’ve now updated the ruleset to correct this.

A faint ambiguity in “obtain 1 Supply of your choice” - can a player choose to obtain, say, “Cuddlebeam’s Binoculars”?
