Times out 4-0. Enacted by Brendan.

Add the following to the end of the rule Conclaves:

Any Reviser may Ensure the Integrity of a Conclave - if they have not yet done so for that Conclave - by doing the following three things:

- The Reviser posts a comment to the Conclave naming at their discretion a number of Roles: X Scrutineers, X Infirmarii and X Revisers, where X is one third of the number of Cardinals, rounded down, with no Cardinal having more than one Role in the Conclave.
- The Reviser prefaces that comment with the phrase “It appears Y has made an error”, where Y is the most recent Cardinal who Ensured the Integrity of the Conclave, or if that does not exist, the Cardinal who called the Conclave. Y may not be the Cardinal who is Ensuring the Integrity of the Conclave.
- The Reviser decreases their Influence by 1 plus the number of times a Cardinal has Ensured the Integrity of the Conclave. The Reviser then increases the Influence of the cardinal Y named above by the same amount.

Change the last sentence of the first paragraph of Conclaves to the following:

The Roles for each Conclave must initially be determined randomly by the Cardinal calling the Conclave, such that no Cardinal has more than one Role in a Conclave.

I’m still not really sure what this accomplishes.

As I understand it, it gives the Revisers a job to do, and allows them tremendous leeway to influence a Conclave. For instance, they might swap an ally in as Infirmarii to assign unused Ballots and set themselves to Scrutineers to immediately resolve it when that’s done, while disrupting the plans of other teams who might try the same thing.

I’m for it! for
