Add a new rule entitled “Atomic Structure”
All Atoms have Protons, Neutrons, and Electrons, whose quantity is tracked in the GNDT. All Atoms must have at least one Proton. An Atom has a Charge equal to their Protons minus their Electrons. Charge can be negative. If an Atom’s Charge is not zero, they are an Ion. If an Atom’s Charge is positive, they are a Cation. If an Atom’s Charge is negative, they are an Anion.
Set all Atoms’ Protons and Electrons to 1, and Neutrons to 0.
But Protons default to zero, which is an illegal value.
