Add to the list of items that if in a prince’s inventory grant abilities:
Bomb (or explosive or dynamite or nuke or boom): by paying 4 stamina, The prince may remove the bomb (or equivalent noun) from his inventory and remove the top 10 items from the Katamari. This sets the irrollability of the Katamari to 3.

Fair enough Cuddlebeam, but if you really want that, go change your vote on the 3 day old proposal:proposal, because that make removing objects as easy as adding, while reducing irrollability.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
