If Proposal: I swear this used to be accounting has been enacted then this CfJ has no effect.

Enact Proposal: I swear this used to be accounting, disregarding it’s statement about where in the ruleset the new rule Occupancy should be placed. Move the rule Occupancy above the rule Electricity.

(The problem, that I raised on Discord, is that this proposal requires that a new rule be added “in such a position in the dynastic ruleset that it would become the Zone that included floor 25” - which would put it between the subrules “Vertical Movement” and “Movement Proposals”, while the new rule itself was not a subrule of Floors.)

An admin who doesn’t want the proposal to be enacted could enact it, get to the part that is unprocessable, skip it as the rules allow for that, and then this CfJ wouldn’t fix anything because the proposal was technically enacted
