Remove “If the Taker is not the same Villager as the Villager who took the action, the Doctor may not respond to such a post within 24 hours or after 48 hours of it being made, and may only respond to it if the Taker is Near to the Villager who took the action.” from the ruleset.
Dropping the fiddly timing thing. Forcing a Remedy on somebody has significant other costs: it uses up a resource you went to some effort collecting, it likely requires spending a move action to reach someone, it leaves you in the open because you’ve had to leave your home for a day, and it if it’s unwanted it’ll probably result in retaliation.
