Citizen, what do you mean you “do not know how to get to Sector BLN, much less room 23-J”? Are you questioning the orders of The Computer?
I dunno about this one. I get that you’re trying to make an impossible situation by referring to a something that is not described by the rules, which can be rather amusing. But I don’t like the way that being “in a room” is not defined. What if I claim that I really am in Room 23-J, Sector BLN? Can you prove otherwise?

The idea is to have the Troubleshooters “attempt to find the briefing room” by proposing rules changes that would allow them to be in that room.
Also - I forgot the self-repeal clause.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
