If the Proposal titled “Seriously, guys. Victory. Let’s go get it.†failed, this Proposal does nothing.
Change the first sentence of “Sinister Machinations†to:
Any henchman other than the Overlord may, as a weekly action, increase the Overlord’s influence in the continent they are currently on by (xDICE2)-x, if that continent contains no enemy HQs, where x is calculated any of the ways listed below, and increase their Standing by an amount equal to the increase in the continent’s Influence.
If a rule entitled “Politics†exists, add before the final period:
, and the proposer’s Standing increases by an amount equal to the increase in the continent’s Influence
Each continent’s Influence maxes out at 100. This wording prevents Standing gain beyond that.
