Replace the use of the number 10 in the second-to-last sentence of glossary rule 3 with the word ten.

Awww… but it’s funnier the way it is now. Well, I guess I’m fixing it (or removing the line entirely)
There are 10 kinds of people in the world… Those who understand binary arithmetic, and those who don’t.

This however isn’t necessary, since 10 is normally the proper term for base 10 numbers in math, and as such is considered to be true unless a rule specifically overrides it.
