Proposal: Fixing things up.

Let there exist a GNDT field, once we have a GNDT set up for this game, named ‘Fixes’.

Add a rule to the ruleset, entitled ‘Good Samaritans’, with the text:

Whenever a proposal amends the core ruleset in some way, each FOR vote may optionally be accompanied by the word ‘Fix’; and if the majority of the votes on the proposal do so, then the Fixes of the proposer is increased by one

In order to vote on this proposal, you must type out the vote names, for the nonce.  i.e. FOR or AGAINST surrounded by colons: viz for against etc. Note that there is currently no emperor, so DEFERENTIAL is kinda pointless

Might be a built-in safety check.  I may’ve gotten away with it because I’m a super admin. I’ll check some stuff first thing in the morning.
