It means that the dice only get rolled when everyone is satisfied with their current location in relation to others, and has had a chance to respond to other moves - the roller doesn’t get the advantage of being able to relocate immediately to a prime location before the roll.

I think I’d rather see us adding some rules to deter players from needless Travelling just to run down the clock, than a return to the common BlogNomic thing of players being rewarded for being online at a particular time of day. I’ll leave it as a majority DEF, though.

It’s not a big deal right now, but will be as soon as a Collector or the Satchel appears, and those players can move to block selected vanilla Researchers from finding Artefacts in the field.
