Proposal: Food Poisoning

Add a new rule, named Food Poisoning:
Whenever a Member of the Staff adds a recipe or ingredient to their table, they must roll a DICE100. On a 15 or lower, the ingredient or recipe is poisoned and it must be removed from the table and discarded. The Member of the Staff who added the poisoned food to their table must pay one half of their total credits or 10 credits, which ever amount is lower, in hospital bills.
