in rule 2.3.1, change the following sentence:
When a Nadir grunt passes and becomes a learn think, its cost in not changes by the cost of all other pending learn thinks goes up by 5.
to read as follows:
when a nadir grunt passes and becomes a learn think, its cost is not changed, but the cost of all other pending learn thinks goes up by 5.

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
