Append the following text to the rule “Codons”:

Some Codons may be assigned to one or more Rooms, Organisms, and/or Genetic Engineers. There is a publicly tracked table that lists all such assignments.

Assign a (not necessarily unique) random Codon to each existing Room, Organism, and Genetic Engineer.

Proposing an extension of Desertfrog’s idea from the comments of the proposal “Secure, Contain, Protect”.

against I’m not following why Engineers and Rooms need Codons.

@Kevan Just to allow for Codon effects to target specific Rooms or Engineers.

I’ll enact it, but I don’t get it. Both Codon effects already target specific Rooms, referring to them by the words that appear in the Rooms’ names.
