Treat the contents of the Story Post “Judging: 30 May 2024” as a valid performance of a Judging and treat all items in the numbered list in “Judging: 30 May 2024” as the only valid Fragments for that Open Judging as of the time that Judging was posted.
On at least two of the three sides of the debate, something would have to start over. Either a new Judging would need to be posted, which would have to wait until all Storytellers sent Fragments, or Scoring would need to be resent from every Storyteller who allocated Score for #4. The third side, that this could be hand-waved in, does not appear to be agreed upon without something else backing it.
Rather than doing any of those, allow gameplay to continue by allowing the otherwise illegal Fragment #4 explicitly in this CfJ.
and do we want to consider changing the definition of a Fragment to allow partial sentences or an arbitrary string of characters? Personally I am ambivalent.

can we rubber stamp all fragments in that post as being valid?
I think when we went “Treat the first Fragment from each Storyteller sent to the Publisher between 27 May 2024 19:53 UTC and 30 May 2024 19:53 UTC as having been a valid performance of the Creative Writing action from that Storyteller, as long as the Fragment sent was valid per the definition of a Fragment” that arguably muddled the definition of when people sent fragments to JonathanDark, and the first message you sent him that could be considered a fragment, even if you did not intend it to be a creative writing submission, made it your creative writing submission.
So better safe than sorry to just be like “these are all correct”
