For each EVC on this proposal: if that EVC contains the name of a Style of Hat, set the Hat of the Wizard who posted that EVC to the Hat Style so named.

Not a fan of cash grab proposals where the slowest voters can miss out, and the enacting admin gets to make a final and tactical pick.
I’ll say “Phrygian” in case I’m in a minority on that, though.
Not sure what’s to prevent anyone who feels left out of the initial proposal from a “give everyone who does not have a hat the same hat” follow-up. Explicit author vote, and Phrygian.
Pointy
Fun fact: I believe this means no one can enact this proposal because this is an EVC which contians the name of a Style of hat, but you cannot perform the “set the Hat of the Wizard who posted that EVC to the Hat Style so named.” action.
Or is authoring proposals not an atomic action and so somehow you can just skip it?
“If the Admin enacting a Votable Matter reaches a step which cannot be applied immediately (e.g. “two days after this Votable Matter enacts, Wizard A gains 1 point”), that step is ignored for the purposes of enactment.”
I guess “For each EVC on this proposal:” implies a series of steps, one for each EVC, so we’d skip the Emperor’s and perform the others.

per Kevan, admin advantage bad. Also, Phrygian looks like all the rage this season.

As this isn’t going to pass, might as well clear the queue and get my slot back.
