If Cuddlebeam is not part of the Western Bloc, change their Bloc to be Western.
If at least a majority of Western Bloc CICs have included the word “Forgive” in a comment to this proposal, then add to the Ruleset the following rule:
CICs can only be idled via mechanics described in “Idle CICs” in the Core Rules.
Otherwise: Idle all Eastern bloc CICs.

Note to admins, and to others who would write UN Resolutions when half of the CICs have 0 IE: if this gets enacted at 95-89 support, but 3-4 votes, I intend to CfJ it. In
A UN Resolution is only Popular if it has a Support that equals or exceeds UN Quorum
‘only ... if’ means to me that UN Quorum or above is necessary to achieve Popularity, but not sufficient (compare to “A UN Resolution is Popular if…”, which would be sufficient but not necessary). There are other conditions on Popularity, including the usual one vote per CIC condition, that I don’t see as being currently deactivated on UN Resolutions.
Well, I actually intended this comment to go on Western Takeover Take 2 but it still stands.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.
