Upon enaction a random Explorer, determined by a DICE9 that corresponds to the alphabetical list of players in the sidebar, that is not the Expedition Leader has achieved victory.
2 days without proposals or little changes to the gndt, do people tire of the theme maybe?
I assume there’s been a chilling effect from a CfJ that announced that all proposals were illegal, but failed to fix this.
Sidenote: If we all roll DICE9 until our name comes up, have we all won? Each victory would correspond to “a” DICE9.

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
