Amend:
Once per dynasty, an EM with a Seat at the UN and no Assets can give themselves three Money Assets.
to:
Once per dynasty, an EM with a Seat at the UN and no Assets can Claim Funding and gain four Money Assets.
From hereon, consider all EMs who have performed in the past the action described in the first blockquote to have also Claimed Funding already.
More leniency to new players.
Trying to change the gamestate of that we already did that one-time action in the past. It’s a bit esoteric lol, I don’t how to do it in a beautiful way.
Could add a “The players named X, Y, Z may not Claim Funding.” to the rule.
I’d be tempted to replace “once per dynasty” entirely, really, as it’s a pain to look up who has and hasn’t taken the action.
And oh, right, I guess the scam here is that “have performed in the past the action described in the first blockquote” excludes anyone who took the action before it had that wording. (It was originally written as “Once per dynasty, an EM with no Assets can give themselves three Money Assets.”)
