Replace the text “If the Writer includes the word Hot on his last counted vote, and the proposal passes, when the new rule is added to the ruleset it will include the tage [HINT] in the title of the rule” in the sub-rule “Writer Help” with “If the Writer includes the word Hot on his last counted vote, and the proposal passes, the author of the proposal gains 1 Guess and may once, within 24 hours of the enactment of the proposal, subtract 1 Guess from any Staff Member with at least 1 Guess and gain 1 more Guess.”

This way, we can still keep an influx of guesses rather than only having a set total number of guesses until someone new comes in.
