[Matt] DEFERENTIAL votes don’t work on DoVs, they only get converted for Proposals.
(Although in fact, there’s maybe a bit of a bug here:-
“When the Mayor has a valid Vote other than VETO on a Proposal, then all votes of DEFERENTIAL are instead considered to be valid and the same as the Mayor’s Vote…”
It doesn’t explicitly say “all votes of DEFERENTIAL on that Proposal”, so it’s possible that all my past proposal votes are simultaneously affecting your DEF here.)
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
