If this proposal passes, Arthexis shall answer the following questions truthfully:
* What punctuation does the theme contain?
* Does the theme mention any Member of the Staff by name?
Mind you, how would you answer the first question?
An inventory of the number of periods, commae, etc?
I’m not a fan of unenforcable Rules or Proposals. State consequences for failure to comply. I understand that this might be tricky, since the Writer is already forbidden from posting a Declaration of Victory during his own Dynasty, but still.
True. It’s maybe implicit that Arthexis can just veto this if he doesn’t want to answer, but it could hit quorum in a clear queue before he sees it.
Although, to be perverse, it doesn’t say that he has to answer them publicly, or to any BlogNomic players.
The answer is: there are 24 exclamation marks, and 75th’s name appears on it.

Incidentally, I posted that just to get that exact reaction from you.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.
