In the rule Communications, change the first instance of “As a Cyclical Action” to “No more than twice per Cycle”.
Feels like it’s going to be glacially slow at the moment.
Oh please don’t feel like you have to defer! If people feel like this could be fun as a longer, more deliberate kind of thing then I’m up for that.
If we were going to do one or the other, which would be best?
the former feels more natural & fits nicer into the current rules, but the latter allows ppl to get more done w/o having to check in more frequently, so idk!! i feel like i slightly prefer the latter personally, but that might be solely for the effect it has on communications
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.

i’d be happy w/ just one or the other of these, tbh– i was prepared for a long game w/ the timeframe u set on the first proposal, & i think if we engage with the dynasty as a slow process it might not be so bad that it takes a while!! (the vampire dynasty only felt overdue bc it was long *and* took a lot of energy all the way thru, imo)
