I like everything about this Proposal except the movement of the Official Rules to the present set. That’s a lot of new rules that are going to suddenly be in effect.

This provides no benefit to me as a Flattened Snail, and I could have used the Reverse Rockets.

I’ll vote in favor if this were re-proposed with an across the board Status change of all Snails to Healthy. Otherwise, 

To clarify, I know that I can’t get the Reverse Rockets at this point. I just want to keep Racing if I’m going to vote in favor of this. Otherwise, it’s the same to me if the new rules have to wait until the next Race.

Very big enacting admin advantage here. As the only living admin, Josh will probably be the one to enact this. When he does, he’ll immediately after get to the highest position (or finish, if it turns out that the currently non-Official dynastic rules contain a way for him to do this) and perform the Award Ceremony for the week-old Race, claiming some Fame and maybe even a Gold Medal while everyone else gets nothing. He can do all this before anyone else gets a chance to react to the proposal being enacted. , and encourage others to do the same
