Add to the rule Ghost Dollars:
As a Daily Night Action, a Realtor may spend 10 Ghost dollars to give a house of their choice an Apparition, or for 30 Ghost dollars they could move an Apparition to a house of their choice, or for 20 Ghost dollars they could get rid of an Apparition.
I agree that this should be a Night Action, to prevent a player just purging their ghosts whenever they get ready to sell. I also think it would be more interesting to flip the costs of moving and exorcising; at the moment there’s never a good reason to remove a ghost, as you’ll always want to inflict a ghost on a rival if it’s cheaper.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.

This would be an interesting mechanic, but I think it might need to be specified as a Night Action! Also, you can take advantage of the ruleset glossary by replacing “If they have not done any of the following in the past 24 hours” with “As a Daily Action.”
