Proposal: Glass Medal and Tin Medal

Fails 1-3. Clucky

Adminned at 30 Dec 2006 12:58:49 UTC

New rule proposal: The Glass Medal and the Tin Medal.

A glass medal is awarded to the author of a proposal that passes unanimously (i.e. with no votes against), or that passes with at least four more votes for than votes against (disregarding, for this purpose, any votes other than for or against) (such a proposal being referred to as a “Glass Medal Proposal”.  A tin medal is awarded to the first person, other than the author, who votes for a proposal that ends up being a Glass Medal Proposal.  Neither the proposal to adopt this rule nor any proposal made before the proposal to adopt this rule may be a Glass Medal Proposal.

against Glass and Tin Medals? I never have seen thoses while watching the Olympics. Plus, they do not appear to serve a purpose and there is no way for rivals to get them. Finally, this does nothing. You never actually said to add that thing to the rules =P.

So far as I know, gold, silver and bronze medals don’t serve a purpose either.

Gold, Silver and Bronze medals all fit the theme. “Glass” and “Tin” dont.
