Add a new rule to 2.3.1 Voting Events called “Grace Periodâ€
If a contestant has been registered and active for less than a period of 56 hours, he may be excluded from 1(One) voting event during the Grace period of 56 hours or until he has accumulated 2 fame, whichever goal is completed first.
The first one was an obvious fail, so while remaking it I decided to revise the addition to make it more appropriate.
. Should include Contestants unidling for the first time, too.
