In the appendix, replace “Unless explicitly stated otherwise, a wiki page shall be blanked when it becomes gamestate.” with:-

If a wiki page becomes gamestate as a result of a proposal enacting, that page shall - unless otherwise specified - be reverted to whatever state it was in at the time of that proposal’s submission (and if the page did not exist at that time, it shall be blanked).

One from the laundry list; we really shouldn’t have a “blank a wiki page when X happens” clause floating around in the ruleset, as in weird edge cases it could accidentally wipe out the ruleset, or blank the entire wiki.
