Add to the bottom of Rule “Gnosis”:
The first person to become a Deity will achieve Victory unless someone else has achieved Victory by another method.
Seems obvious to me.
“Will” is future tense? Or command? Inevitability? Immediate consequence?
There is no unambiguous way for me to know if its one or the other or what, so I’m going to assume this works pretty much the same as “The first person to become a Deity has achieved Victory(...)”.
Ah, sorry. It’s not clear with just that, really.
If two people achieve it at the same time its going to be ambiguous, but I doubt people will deliberately try it and even if they did, Blognomic can count seconds. It’s going to take a lot of accuracy (or a clever shenanigan) to nail the time.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
