Proposal: Guessing the will, proposal edition

If a rule “Bloodline” exists, create the following subrule, “Genealogy”, to it:

As a weekly action, a Guest may ask the Executor (via PM or other private means of communication, such as private message on IRC) which of two Guests (other than the Guest asking) has the lower degree of relation to Lord Cartlesham. The Executor must privately reply truthfully to such queries, as soon as is reasonable.

@Ornithopter: comparing two people as a weekly actions is only a very minor source of information, I didn’t want it to be stronger than that.
