I’m confused. Your allowed to do that? Which rule is this in? I looked over the rule set and didn’t see it. It is just me missing it most likely. Also what does “set their power about 600” mean?

I get to specify every choice, including the choice not to do the action if it gives you more than 600 power. But of course I misspelled above so I guess that is moot…

Interpreting “provided it doing so does set their power about 600” as your apparently intended “provided that doing so does not set their power above 600” seems like a bit of a stretch. I think the closest English reading would be “provided that doing so sets their Power at a value close to 600”.

You might want to issue another proclamation.

You can issue as many as you like to run concurrently, they just expire after 24 hours.
