Proposal: Habeas corpus

In Rule 2.8 Manor Plan, add “non-Dormant” immediately before the second instance of the word “Guest” in “If a Guest is the only Guest in a particular room, they are considered to be alone in that room.”

This is all right; there really ought to be a distinction between Guests that are actually Dormant (as in unconscious, asleep or dead) and Guests who merely can’t act (as in restrained—in theory, I’m still fully awake and can hear things right now), but this is better than the current definition.
