In the rule “Tier 7: Inverted Tesselation Grid”, add a subrule named “Memetic Injection” and give it the following text:
As an Existential Action, a Mindjacker may perform a Memetic Injection, if they have not done so since the beginning of this dynasty. A Memetic Injection is an action in which the Mindjacker chooses a Tier Rule which does not currently have any mention of Memes and adds the text “As a daily action, any Mindjacker without the Meme for this Tier may acquire it.” to that Tier Rule.
In the subrule “Reality Enforcers”, add the following bullet to the list:
* Memetic Injection* confers 1 Suspicion per Tier chosen in the action.
Provides a once-a-dynasty mechanism (per Mindjacker) to reintroduce the ability to acquire the Meme of a Tier when that Tier has no mention of Memes at all, but at a Suspicion cost that increases with Tier.

I have a little bit of reluctance around this, for a couple of reasons, not the least of which being that there’s no guarantee that the Astology Reading will turn out *any* actions that the Mindjacker can carry out, either under their current circumstances (“Ascend”) or even at all (”Make an Activity Report”). It’s also a temporary fix as Astrology Readings can change every day, so only gives the holder a ‘useful’ result for one day; it also could result in a Mindjacker having an Occupancy Tier that is higher than their Level.
