Looks like we had the following hustles:

4st as Informant, stealing 3 from Juniper.
Clucky backing off his Informant role to Pickpocket gaining 3
JonathanDark stuck Blackmailing Juniper again with no effect
Juniper as Labor but losing 3 florins to 4st net -1
Nad as Pickpocket again gaining 3

those are pretty bold accusations Nad without any clear evidence

I propose:

JonathanDark gets 4 Florins for scouting
Nad gets 1 Florin and the Candlestick
4st gets the gem
Juniper gets 1 Florin out of pity

Bold, you just have to look at the hustles from the two last turns, its not hard to figure out.

Juniper was clearly robbed of three florins, there was a blackmail die roll made and we were both pickpockets.

you do realize people can change their hustles, right? there is also no way to know who is being an informant and who was blackmailing.

all we know is that for several rounds you were getting +4 Florins per hustle, which is more than anyone else was possibly getting

I think we at least cut Juniper in for a full cut given all that she has lost to the group.

I propose:

Juniper gets the gem, 4st gets the Candlestick and JonathanDark and Nad get 3 florins.

Why are you still trying to pull the same “JonathanDark and Nad get the same amount of Florins” when JonathanDark

a) contributed more to the pot (2DICE5 florins averages 6, which is generally much better than an item would give)

and

b) Took on a riskier move (+3 notoriety vs +2 notoriety)

And to Clucky, as JD pointed out in his proposal, hustle can change but only on weekly basis in the current rules, very slow moving compared to hauls.

It’s true that you can only change your Hustle on a weekly basis, so it’s not nearly as flexible as you might expect. If anyone was able to change their Hustle recently, it’s because they’ve been running their prior Hustle for a while now.

I highly recommend voting for “Flexible Opportunist” if you want to change behaviors via distribution amounts. Otherwise, I don’t think it’s fair to punish anyone just yet for something they won’t be able to change, and that you don’t have solid proof of who is doing what, until Snitch and Flexible Opportunist passes.

I think I would defer to Juniper to opine on any fairness. For me, not trying to punish anyone.

How is deferring to a person who is giving you everything an “opine on any fairness”?

Like that pretty clearly isn’t being fair and trying to label it as fairness seems patently absurd to me

Jonathans comment was about not thinking its fair to punish folks for the hustles they chose until the new proposal is in place.

I suggested that the person that lost half her florins to a blackmail hustle can opinion on that if she likes.

And if you notice, I didn’t agree with her proposal as well.

Actually, I want to hold this up a little longer until I can change my Hustle, so I agree with Clucky.
