Replace the text of the rule “Free Plane Tickets” with the following text:

Each Henchman has a statistic tracked in the GNDT called “Free Plane Ticket” (abbr. FPT).  New Henchman’s FPT statistic starts at 0.

If a Henchman’s FPT statistic is at least 1, they may, as a daily action, change their location and decrease their FPT statistic by one.  This action does not count as the weekly location change.
For example, a Henchman may change their location then use a FPT to change it again (or vice versa) in the same week.

Set each Henchman’s FPT statistic to 0.

Create a dynastic rule titled “Frequent Flyer Miles” with the following text:

Each Henchman has a statistic to be tracked in the GNDT called “Frequent Flyer Miles” (abbr. FFM).  New henchman’s FFM statistic starts at 0.  A Henchman will receive 1 FFM each time they change their location without using a FPT.

A Henchman with at least 10 FFMs may spend 10 FFMs to receive either one Free Plane Ticket or the the ability to equip once the next more powerful Weapon in the Storage Zone that the Henchman would not normally be qualified to equip.

Set each Henchman’s FFM statistic to 0.

All Henchman who vote for this proposal receive one FPT.

If the majority of valid for votes include the text “rewards for new member who take the pledge”, add the following text to the end of the rule “Free Plane Tickets”:

If a new Henchman or an idle Henchman requesting or anouncing unidling after being idle for at least 1 week includes in their post the text described in the rule “Muahahahaha…”, they receive 1 FPT upon becoming active.
