Recent proposal “More stats! More fun!” gave our Dragons new stats of Wings and Flame, but it didn’t specify what existing dragon owners should set those to! Since there are already pending proposals that depend on those stats, we should fix that in a CfJ before those proposals become enacted.

If this CfJ passes set the Flame and Wings stats of Breeders with Dragons to 5 each.

against Quoteing the last line in the rule. “A new Dragon has a value of 5 for all stats except for Heartbeat and a Heartbeat of 100.” Flame and wings did get a set number
