Dynastic action: meeting the ascension criterion “have continuously been on one’s current Level for the preceding 24 hours.

More paradoxically, is the act of updating the Suspicion value in “Whenever a Mindjacker takes a Dynastic Action, their Suspicion is increased by 1.” itself an action?

“May not take dynastic actions” is generally pretty clear for ruling out everything, but trying to count individual actions seems too hazy and subjective.
