Change the first paragraph of the rule entitled “Enactment” to:
The oldest pending Proposal may be enacted by any Admin (and the Ruleset and/or Gamestate updated to include the specified effects of that Proposal) if any of the following is true:-
* It has a number of FOR votes that exceed or equal Quorum, has been open for voting for at least 12 hours, and has not been vetoed or self-killed.
* It has been open for voting for at least 48 hours, it has more than 1 valid vote, more than half of its votes are FOR, and it has not been vetoed or self-killed.
* It has a number of FOR votes that exceed or equal Quorum, no AGAINST votes, and has not been vetoed or self-killed.
Really, the Top Banana should always have a window to VETO. I don’t even think the 12 hours we currently have is enough. Also, it’s frustrating for someone who can only check up on the game once per day to log in only to find a horrible proposal with a game-breaking loophole already enacted because e didn’t get a chance to argue against it. Again, the fact that this can happen after only 12 hours is bad enough—let’s not allow it to happen after, well, the time it takes a quorum of conspirators to vote.
