BlogNomic would be better off with some sort of reward for doing work, and that hasn’t happened very often in the past. (When it did, the work got done a lot faster; e.g. the fifth meta.)

See Hix. I can appreciate the sentiment, but I think there’s better ways to do this.

The intent is that there are no real consequences, except being yelled at.

Perhaps a better wording would be “At the start of a dynasty, the new Critic should ensure that the history of the previous dynasty is properly recorded in the Wiki.”

Not interested in tying gamestate to the history in this manner.

Doesn’t say he has to do it, which means not doing it doesn’t violate a rule which means the rule does nothing.
