In the rule “Unitemporal Translation”, replace “should also contain the following information” with:-

may contain the following Historical Information

Replace “If a ruleset link for a given Dynasty is not included on the UTD, that dynasty is considered Lost.” with:-

If a Dynasty has no Historical Information listed, that dynasty is considered Lost.

Replace “The Time Buddah may update the UTD at anytime and it is the responsibility of the Time Buddah to properly fill it.” with:-

The Time Buddha or any Time Monk may add valid Historical Information to a Lost Dynasty at any time.

Life might be easier if we only filled in the UTD when we needed or wanted to, and if anyone could legally do it. It fits well with the existing Lost mechanic - if you want to visit a Dynasty, you’ll have to fill in its UTD data first. If nobody wants to go there, then there’s no great loss.

against too abuseable. I’d rather Josh be responsible for making sure everything is accurate, instead of something else intentionally ‘missing’ a stat in the rules and abusing it somehow.

I’m happy to be responsible for oversight but if it’s solely up to me to populate that document then it’s not going to get populated.

imperial Aside: Random movement may be quite difficult since most dynasties are presently lost.
