Add to the rule “Drops”:
A Block may not have a Quarters module adjacent to a Power or Dock module. In addition, an architect may not build a Block so that a Quarters module is adjacent to a Power or Dock module on a Block which has already been built on that architect’s site.
Should be a little careful about big axiomatic things like “A Block may not have” - what happens if there’s a second drop and someone manages to build this before this proposal enacts? - but I think we’re okay here.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.
