Proposal: How to Steal a Chair

If a rule called “Taking the Initiative” exists, replace “higher than that of all other Scripters” with “higher than that of each other Scripter” in that rule.

If - between the previous proposal enacting, and this one enacting - a Scripter stole the Producer’s chair while having a lower Popularity than another Scripter, the Scripter who stole the chair shall have their Popularity reduced to -10.

Fixing an ambiguity in the previous proposal, and adding a disincentive against misinterpreting it.
