In the rule “Mindjacking”, replace “At their earliest opportunity, the Ascendant should mark this Mindjacking with a FOR symbol if x is the symbol name of an Avatar with Star Sign (y), otherwise they should mark it with an AGAINST symbol.” with “At their earliest opportunity, the Ascendant shall mark this Mindjacking with a FOR symbol if x is the symbol name of an Avatar with Star Sign (y), otherwise they shall mark it with an AGAINST symbol.” and in the sentence “A Mindjacker whose Mindjacking has been marked with the FOR symbol by the Ascendant then Ascends and then their Suspicion is set to 3 after this Ascension.” add the word “legally” before “marked”.
Consider Bucky to have Ascended, then set his Suspicion to 3; then consider lemon to have Ascended, then set her Suspicion to 3.
the Ascendant got the rules wrong and incorrectly marked Bucky and i’s most recent mindjackings as AGAINST when it should have been FOR. all of the other ascension criteria and whatnot checked out, it was just the emperor element that fell through. let’s make sure the rules don’t uphold the Ascendant’s mistakes by codifying that Mindjacking approvals/denials must be objective.
Per Josh. If we’re going to correct the Ascendant’s mistakes, let’s also give the Ascendant the ability to correct future mistakes. Otherwise, we’ll have to CfJ it every time.

This doesn’t quite solve the issue; “Once a Mindjacking has been marked with a FOR or AGAINST symbol from the Ascendant according to this rule, it cannot be marked with another symbol” still prohibits me from correcting an error.
