If there is no rule entitled “Skills” this proposal does nothing.
In the rule entitled “Skills”, add “Filanthropy” to the list of Available Skills. Then, to the end of that rule, append:-
If an Organism ever has a copy of the Skill “Bending”, or a Robot ever has a copy of the Skill “Filanthropy”, that copy is removed from their Skills.
Yes, I know how to spell it. But that would conflict with “Piloting”.
