Make a new rule “Humpty Words” with the text
A Pawn may consider any words, other than “victory”, that appear in a Terrain they have access to to be synonyms for the purposes of interpreting Dynastic Rules sans this rule.

I assume you mean the words can be synonyms for each other, right?
well it’s written that they are all synonyms but I did mean that one could pick and choose; however it affects the whole Dynastic Rules at once, so be careful which ones you pick!
If someone else chooses words to be synonyms, are those then global synonyms that I can use? Or exclusive to the Pawn with access to the terrain?
I love the insanity of this, but it seems game-breaking to me. For each player there will be a huge number of possible interpretations of the ruleset (since for each occurrence of a chosen word, its synonym could be used or not). Multiply that by the number of players and it’s going to be CfJ hell.
Also, who is right when two players are using two contradicting but legal versions of the rules ?
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
