Reword the rule “Heat” to be the following:
Each Cell is Hot or Cold (defaulting to Cold), and this status is publicly tracked. A Cell can also be Exposed if certain conditions are fulfilled; an Exposed Cell is always Hot. When a Cycle begins, every Cell that is Hot but not Exposed becomes Cold, and then every Cell that is Off-Grid and has been so since the beginning of the previous Cycle becomes Hot.
As a Cyclical Action, a Cell with an Ideological Proximity with the Ministry of Information which is 1 or less and is not Off-Grid may submit an Intimidation Notice to the Ministry of Information, which consists of a list of names of other Cells. An Intimidation Notice may be sent to the Ministry of Information via the PM functionality at blognomic.com or by DM on Discord.
Each Cycle, before processing any Communications, for each Intimidation Notice that they have received in the previous cycle, the Ministry of Information must perform the atomic action known as “Processing that Intimidation Notice”, which consists of the following steps:
For each of the Cells that were listed in the Intimidation notice, compare the ideology of that Cell to the Ideology of the Cell that created the Intimidation Notice. If any of the Cells listed in the Intimidation Notice has an Ideological Proximity of more than 0 with the Cell that created the Intimidation Notice, then set the Cell that created the Intimidation Notice to Hot and skip the rest of the steps in this atomic action.
For each Cell listed in the Intimidation Notice, set that Cell to Hot.
Reword the first sentence of the rule “Anonymous Tips” to the following:
A Cell is an Informant if and only if they have an Adherent with a Workplace of “Committee Hall”, are not Hot or Off-Grid, and have an Ideological Proximity with the Ministry of Information which is 2 or greater.
Adding a mirror to the tips, but for against the Ministry. Cut out the broken bit with communications from the last attempt.
