You could have edit your Proposal (and “unproposal”) it. You cannot do this now though.

Besides, if someone assumes e has a very important idea, which should be proposed now, e will write a “Protosal”. A Protosal is a Story Post which looks like a Proposal.

Additionally, I suggest to join and read the IRC channel, many ideas are discussed there.

Generally, do not try to be a slave. Sit down and figure out what could be done. Be creative and find out completely new things, adapt ideas from Paranoia or extend some rules. ;)

You don‘t know what to do? Well read the Rules. Really, do so before reading on. Read the current Ruleset and pending Proposals.

Done? Really? Ok. Found something to propose? Nice! Or do you need still some hint? Well, for example: Currently there is no way of becoming an ORANGE Citizen. It could be interesting to figure out some way to “climb up”. ;)

Do people really use protosals for “dammit, I’m out of proposals”? Teaming up with a player who has free slots seems more polite and social.

You can already promote yourself to Orange if your Treason score reaches -6, under Rule 2.2.1.
