Proposal: I Just Have to Run Faster Than You Do…

Passes 9-1. - Qwazukee

Create a new Rule titled “Attacking Your Friends” with the following text:

As a weekly action, a Survivor can Attack another Survivor. The Survivor who Attacks (Attacker) rolls DICEX where X is the difference between the Stamina of the Attacker and that of the Attacked (treat X as 1 if the difference is negative or 0). If the result is greater than 9, the Attacked suffers Damage, unless the Attacked was Infected, in which case the Attacked cannot Infect anyone for 2 days.

Create a new Rule titled “Innoculation” with the following text:

As a weekly action, the Leader can Innoculate an Infected Survivor whose Stamina is greater than -10. To do this, the Leader rolls DICEX where X is the number of Infected Survivors whose Stamina is greater than -10 (known as Candidates). The Innoculated is the Survivor whose position in the GNDT among Candidates (from top to bottom) matches the result of the DICE roll. If the current amount of Food and Water is higher than the Stamina of the Innoculated, then the Innoculated’s Status becomes Wounded. Either Way, reduce the Food and Water by 5.

Think I added the reducing F&W;bit fast enough, DC?

I think so.

for Not being able to infect anyone for 2 days   i reckon is a bit short, seeing as it’s a weekly action anyway.

As in the infected being able to infect someone is also a weekly action, so it doesn’t hold them off for very long!

Yeah, I thought about 3 days too. The reason for the short time period is that everyone can do it in a week, so even now it only takes 4 unInfected people to stop an Infected person from being inaffective.

against This allows Fallen Survivors to Attack. I’d rather see this re proposed after Fitness is taken into account as well.

Fallen are unlikely to have a difference high enough to damage anyone other than another Fallen. Which would basically do nothing, and seems about right physically.

I was thinking fallen where literally fallen, as in dead.

for Dead in a nomic usually is bad.

Qwazukee:

You mean, figuratively fallen as in dead. Literally fallen just means they fell.

Klisz:

I think of it as meaning “dying”.

Well, doesn’t matter, in the end I decided on such a vague word for a reason…

There should be a penalty for unsuccessful attack attempts
