Proposal: I wanna change mine NOW!!!

A Musician may change eir own “Elemental Technique” at any time.  Any changes that a Musician has made to eir own “Elemental Technique” before the enacment of this proposal are retroactively considered legal.  If at least three different Musicians have included the string “/me whines” in comments to this proposal, add a Dynastic Rule called “The Elements” with text:

A Musician may change eir “Elemental Technique” (tracked in the GNDT) at any time.

I don´t see this as a retroactive change. It´s just stopping people from undoing some changes already made.
