From my subjective timeline - while conceding that internet and internal delays mean they might have been finalized in a different order -  I confirmed that the wiki edit was displaying before submitting the No Pun Contended enactment attempt.

From my subjective timeline - the wiki edit was not displaying when I submitted the successful enactment. This further implies it occurred first.

The timestamps state that the enactment revision occurred at 51 minutes and 53 seconds. The wiki update occurred at 51 minutes and 58 seconds.

Someone else can update their expression engine and wiki localisation settings if they want to double check my work, but the enactment happened 5 seconds before the wiki update.

The real question is whether the *list* was made before or after Bucky’s growth tick. In fact, it was made immediately upon marking the proposal enacted (I already knew what it would be, since I had checked the figures immediately prior). So even if Bucky’s growth tick occurred, it didn’t matter since the list was already made.

And no I can’t prove it, but you can take my word for it!
